Yesterday I sat with my husband and we discussed how we could help those who are in need right now. There are many thoughts: see if we can help in the hospitals, to go shopping for old people in our neighborhood and many more thoughts. Then suddenly I was clear on one thing … my best skill is best used in a different way …. I have always helped people to deal with difficult times, find new ways or manage their emotions better to overcome what was holding them back or sabotaging them. Well, right now there are so many people dealing with difficult situations, fear, stress, uncertainty, home office with small kids at home, jobs might be lost, and businesses might not make it through this.
So here is my HELPING HAND offer: Every client (current or past) will get (until further notice) free coaching sessions via phone or Skype or Zoom to discuss how to deal with the unusual situation it has put you (mind, body and emotion), your job or business, your personal relationships and how to not get overwhelmed or stuck in a negative situation. If you have not been a client before but think you can trust me in these unusual times, feel free to contact me too 😊. Depending on the demand I will offer you one hour or 30 Min. sessions but we can do a lot in that time, if you are open and ready to talk.
