Do I allow myself to be deterred from something?

In the past I often caught myself not doing something that I actually would like to have done, by being deterred by someone else’s opinion or behaviour. Recently I experienced just such a situation again and found a new way how to deal with it.

Fees and Procedures

Fees are due at the time when you book a coaching session, when you sign up for a coaching package or when you order any product.
Changes or cancellations will not be charged when made latest one day before the appointment. Missed appointments or coaching calls will be charged in full.
For telephone coaching please note that it is your responsibility to call your coach at the scheduled time, and that you are responsible for the cost of call.
Offsites and Workshops might fall under special Terms & Conditions which will be presented to you and will come in effect with your signature.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with great care. No information will be shared with other parties. We will inform you about our upcoming events and services unless you tell us otherwise.

Client’s Responsibilities

I understand that coaching is not therapy and that my coach will provide me with professional referrals if necessary.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible and accountable for all my thoughts, decisions, choices, actions and feelings.
I agree and understand that the success of the coaching process is based on my own actions and choices and is not the coach’s responsibility.
I accept full responsibility for myself and any action or result, which may occur directly or indirectly due to the coaching process. I also understand that coaching results cannot be guaranteed.
I agree no to take any legal action Desiree Steinmann or Steinmann International about any matter related to the coaching relationship or coaching products.
