About me
Clients describe me as an inspiring, motivating, caring, visionary and moving forward personality who often thinks out of the box and sees possibilities where othes see problems.
I have an educational background focused on economics and successfully pursued a ten year sales and marketing career with international sales responsibilities. Already then my success was based on my focus on people: how they make decisions, how different personality types communicate and what drives or motivates people.
After two births and taking time off for our children, I started with my second career path. I am a Professional Master Trainer, DISC Profiler and Coach U advanced Coaching Graduate. I am committed to life long learning, am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with hundreds of hours of coaching experience, who coaches individuals and teams by creating clarity, ownership and action. I have worked and lived in four countries in Europe and Canada which lay the foundation of my expertise in cross-cultural communication and integration. I successfully started my own training and coaching company in 2003 and work with international companies and individuals. I have a holistic and authentic approach.

I will offer you a safe and supportive environment to think out loud, try new things, talk openly and non-judgementally about your situation and mistakes, which you can learn from. I will ask you thought provoking quesitons to guide you to greater clarity and give you honest, constuctive feedback. I will support you and believe in you but also push you to think big, if that is what you need to step out of your comfort zone. You choose the direction and keep ownership of your actions. I will walk with to you to raise your awareness, keep you focussed and motivated, but most of all I will encourage you to be authentic in what you are doing. If you are honestly committed to the process of coaching, I will help you to reach the next level of success in your career and life!
